Love holds no grievances

Extend My Bones

Extend my bones – step after step
They serve me well for day or two
And while they do, I hold the map,
Extend my bones – is all I do.

Guide tired limbs – the rest’s ahead,
I know the way – always the same!
Path clearly marked deep in my head
I need but try my limbs to tame.

Restless and sick – yet walking still,
The body moves, follows my breath,
I guide it forth – will guide until
It is succumbed to certain death.

Extend my bones – is all I do.
I cannot stop, not till I die,
Once started I must follow through
Leave bones behind and start to fly.

Love Making

Love making
In darkness
Enlighten
The flesh.

Flesh shaking
We harness
Our senses
Refreshed.

A body
Assumes role
Of junction –
How odd!

Extending
Love in soul
Is function
Of God.

Romance of the Hell

Ask for no romance of the hell,
It has an air of rotten stench.
What it reminds of – could you tell?
A thirst impossible to quench.

Fight never for the cause of sin,
Nor waste your breath for its defense,
When you find courage – look within –
A stranger laughs at your expense.

Ask for no peace of warring lords,
Hope for no mercy when you’re caught –
Unheeded left your begging words
When body to the scaffold brought.

Seek never answers in this world,
Pray not for body to maintain
Your love and soul – both had been sold
For chance in body to remain.

The Foolish Meaning

Based on workbook lesson 3:
I do not understand anything

The meaning you’ve assigned to every thing
Is but a tool of hate in ego’s eyes
It uses reason, and through it lies without a wink
And traps you in the dream through its own lies.

Each thing in this world is the same
As any other, or your body too
Each thing’s designed to hide the shame
And hide the means which can the sin undo.

You “see” with body’s eyes, and seeing thus you think
That all the things you see are true and real,
And you believe that meaning of these things does bring
The happiness you’ve lost, but strive to feel.

Do you think not, that it is but insane
To judge as real what dies with passing time?
Do you remember happiness you feigned?
Each moment of your life, each feeling, crime,

That you experienced through your fleeting life
Seem real, while being only in your mind,
Yet you refuse to stop this pointless strife,
In time still happiness trying to find.

Your eyes have not been made to truly see,
Your brain is not designed to think,
Your eyes were made to not let Truth to be,
And all your thoughts’re forgotten in a blink.

Forgive your pointless judgments of this world,
Refuse to take what ego lets you choose,
Forget the sins that ego to you taught,
And then you will accept the real Truth.

Sonnets of Love – 14

I walk this world, and search, but then I’m still
So lost, yet no more at a loss –
Outside of me Truth cannot be.
I’m strong, but that’s not how this body feels,
And so I’m searching for the cause –
Is it preventing me to see?

Reality

Look around you and consider what you see. Are all these things you seem to be seeing are real?

All of these things you see around are going to disappear. The time will destroy every thing and every body your eyes have every perceived.

Can reality be impermanent? Would it not mean that at some point reality will cease to be, cursed by its own impermanence? Even time itself, the seeming master of everything you see around, will eventually have to stop.

How can anything bound by the laws of death be real?

Body and pain

The body cannot exist without the pain. You can think of pain as something cruel, evil and unfair. You might think of it as your friend – a sign that something’s wrong with your body and you must protect it. But what you can’t deny is there’s hardly any better proof that body’s real.

You can study, meditate, pray, think of enlightenment, but when you cut your finger it bleeds and hurts. How can you overcome the world when it can pull your strings so easily?

For the ego the purpose of pain is to make your body real. It needs to convince you, for it’s afraid – without your belief, the dream of ego will be gone.

But you are not your ego. And you are not your body. So how can pain help you find the Truth?

When looking at the pain with God, you’ll recognize, it’s but a sign that you believe in laws of unhappiness. You’ll remember the time when you seemed to have made the mistaken choice. If you but open your eyes, the pain will help you to wake up. You might not want it, but you created it yourself – and you support it every moment with only your belief.

When you remember how and why this seeming pain has come to be, you will know that it is not anymore. Yes, the body cannot exist without the pain. But what is pain if body cannot be at all?
